These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website https://gmatbuddy.com (“Website”) and any courses, products, or services offered by Ayham Shakra, owner of GMATBuddy (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By accessing or using the Website, users (“you,” “your”) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Website.

1. Identification of the Service Provider

GMATBuddy is an e-learning platform providing educational content, courses, and coaching services for GMAT preparation.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Access to and use of this Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, as well as any additional conditions that may govern specific services or functionalities.
We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time, and any such modifications shall become effective upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Purchases and Payment Processing

Certain services or courses offered through the Website require payment.
All transactions are processed via SureCart, which integrates Stripe and PayPal as secure payment processors.
By completing a transaction, the user authorizes the corresponding charge and agrees to provide accurate billing and contact information.

Prices are expressed in euros (€) unless otherwise indicated and may be modified at any time without prior notice. Any taxes applicable under Spanish law shall be included where required.

5. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All contents of the Website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, designs, logos, icons, software, and source code, are the exclusive property of Ayham Shakra or of third parties who have authorized their use.
